(JK) California Department of Water Resources. “Management of the California State Water Project” Bulletin 132 is an annual report on water deliveries, service charges, and physical and financial operations of the financially, self-sufficient Project. “The California Water Plan Update.” Bulletin 160 is a report issued at five year intervals describing the condition of the State’s water resources, commitments, potential needs and potential solutions regarding water supply, quality and flood control.
